What separates developed countries from developing countries

All the news sites are so full of Israel/ Hezbollah coverage. Did you ever notice how would a death of a single Israeli soldier get an enormous coverage as compared to a Hezbollah soldier? And the single Lebanese citizens did even get any mention. It took death of 50 or so for them to get into Page 1 of newspapers and on the main page of the web sites.

Here is an observation which just reconfirms my observation. It goes like this: The concern/uproar caused by a death of a soldier is directly proportional to the "development index" of a nation. What do you think?

I fully agree :)
I guess you know the saying..."Everyone is equal...but some are more equal". The scope of "some" above depends on the situation ;)
